医用EDI超纯水设备工作原理
  高纯度水对许多工商业工程非常重要,比如:半导体制造业和制药业。以前这些工业用的纯净水是用离子交换获得的。然而,膜系统和膜处理过程作为预处理过程或离子交换系统的替代品越来越流行。如电除盐过程(EDI)之类的膜系统可以很干净地去除矿物质并可以连续工作。而且,膜处理过程在机械上比离子交换系统简单得多,并不需要酸、碱再生及废水中和。EDI处理过程是膜处理过程中增长最快的业务之一。EDI是带有特殊水槽的非反向电渗析(ED),这个水槽里的液流通道中填充了混床离子交换树脂。EDI主要用于把总固体溶解量(TDS)为1-20mg/L的水源制成8-17兆欧纯净水。通常水源是由反渗透(RO)产生。ED和EDI都是用直流电作为除盐的能源。如图所示,溶液中的离子被吸向带相反电荷的电极。用阴、阳离子选择膜把电极之间的空间隔成小室,这样可以把一半小室中的盐除去,而在另一半小室内浓缩。不断地给小室供水和抽水,就可以建立连续的除盐处理过程。
  ED和EDI中用的膜是用离子交换树脂制成片状,通常为了增加强度会在树脂片上附一层布。ED和EDI的物理区别主要在于除盐室里填充的是混床离子交换树脂珠。
  离子的转移分为2个步骤。首先离子扩散到离子交换树脂,然后在电场作用下穿过树脂到达膜。因为这样的电阻较小,电流会流过离子交换树脂。EDI的浓缩室中没有树脂。 EDI中水电离的作用要理解EDI和它的用途,就必须理解"水的电离"。水电离后就会变为氢离子和氢氧根离子。如果离子在结合为水以前被分离、就会形成酸和碱。在ED和EDI中,如果电流超过了移动溶解盐所需的能量,水就会电离。在ED过程中在阴离子交换膜上有较低电流时就会发生水的电离,原因尚未找出。在ED系统中过大的电流会引起水的电离。氢离子在直流电场的作用下进入离子交换树脂,并在那与碳酸氢根离子反应生成CO2。这会降低水的pH值。氢氧根离子进入阴离子交换膜并与碳酸氢根离子反应生成碳酸根离子。如果水中存在Ca2+,一部分Ca2+就会从浓缩室中进入阴离子交换膜。阴离子交换膜并不能100%阻隔阳离子。这就使CaCO3沉积在膜内部。如果水中没有钙或碳酸氢根,氢离子会穿过扩散流通道和阳离子交换膜而进入浓缩室。而OH-会通过阴离子交换膜进入浓缩室。两者会在浓缩室中结合成水。(如图3)
  在EDI池中电流是通过离子交换珠的。所以在离子交换珠互相接触的地方和交换珠与膜接触的地方,如果有较大的电流,水就会电离。 在较强电流的作用下,离子交换树脂不断地被酸或碱再生。与溶液中的盐一起进入浓缩室中的H+和OH-离子结合为水。EDI水适用于:医用超纯水技术,医药超纯水,医药超纯水工程,医药超纯水设备,医药超纯水机,也可以选择混床、混床设备、PET。
